Sketches from Cuba

I was appalled at the way the Cubans treat their animals. Beautiful birds kept in tiny cages, half-starved cats and dogs – and those poor horses!  Dreadful.  I used to interpret (French and Spanish) for Veterinaires Sans Frontieres in Morocco … but what I saw in Cuba was worse.
